Quality management — documented processes, controlled drawings, inspection and test records on every job.
ISO 14001
Environmental management — waste, coolant and emissions handling across the workshop.
ISO 45001
Occupational health & safety — risk assessment, safe systems of work and incident reporting.
Refurbished units ship with an inspection record — what was measured, what was replaced and the tests passed. Manufactured parts carry material certificates and a dimensional report against the controlling drawing.

EnergySYS is a small, hands-on team — machinists, fitters, hydraulics technicians and quality engineers who like solving awkward rotating-equipment problems. We train on the job and we keep the work varied: no two refurbishments are the same.
We don't always have a vacancy open, but we always read applications. If you have workshop experience with bearings, hydraulics, machining or wind turbine drivetrains — or you're an engineer early in your career and keen to learn — send a short note and your CV to rds@esys.co.in.
